London Broil and Mac 'n Cheese - Recipe

MARINADE

1 gallon ziplock bag
1/2 cup of orange juice
1 1/2 cups light beer
2 tablespoons worchesire
2 tablespoons dark honey
2 tablespoons lime juice
add a pinch of salt, pepper, and garlic powder
Stab the London Broil then add to the bag.
Put the London Broil in the fridge for 24 hours.
After being in the fridge for 24 hours, rub the London Broil with coarse black pepper, additional ground salt, garlic salt...allow to settle for about 5 minutes to form a crust.
Place the London Broil directly over the heat of a medium hot grill and allow to cook for 5-8 minutes before flipping over.
Flip the London Broil over and allow another 5-8 minutes of cook time, continue to desired doneness.

Mac and Cheese

2 cups macaroni (boiled)
1 block mozzarella cheese
1 block pepperjack cheese
1 block velveeta cheese
1 cup milk
1 - 2 tablespoons of butter
Cube all of the cheese and place into to 9x9 aluminum pan.
Pour in the draned noodles.
Stir in the milk and butter.
(At this point you can add additional pepper and salt to taste.)
Place the Mac and Cheese on the grill over direct heat for about 20 minutes, stir every 5 minutes or so to make sure that nothin burns to the pan.

BBQ sauce

2/3 cup o beer
1/4 ketchup
1/4 orange juice
2 tablespoons maple syrup
1 tablespoon apple cyder vinegar
1 tablespoon lime juice
2 tablespoons hot sauce
1 teaspoon chili powder
Mix all of the ingredients into a pan or pot that you are comfortable putting on the grill over direct heat. Place on grill next to mac and cheese, bring to a boil, move to the side of the grill and allow to simmer for about 10 minutes.
