Super Funk Pork Chops & Bacon Wrapped Corn

Making the Chops!
8 pork chops
2 tblsp salt
1 tblsp garlic powder
1 tblsp onion powder
3 tblsp coarse black pepper
2 12 oz bottles of your favorite BBQ sauce.
1 aluminum baking pan

How to prepare!
Lay out the chops and and coat both sides with salt, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper and let sit for about 5 minutes to allow the seasoning to settle. While the chops are sitting to the side go ahead and pour the BBQ sauce into the pan and place on the grill beside the heat.

Place the chops on the grill (or on a baking sheet in the oven but that's for sissy's). Keep an eye on the chops but we really want them to cook completely so in an evenly heated grill allow to cook for 6-7 minutes on one side then turn and allow to cook for another 2-3 minutes. You will have one side that will be a little less brown than the other but that's what we need.

By the time the chops have cooked completed the BBQ sauce should be hot and starting to thin out. Dip the chops in the BBQ sauce and place back over direct heat (lighter cooked side down) Allow this to cook for about 1-2 minutes and the sauce should be nice and thick on the chops. Remove from the grill and you're ready to eat (garnish with lemon wheels). Keep the leftover heated sauce for anyone that wants a little more sauce on the chops.

Prep time - about 8 minutes
Total cook time - about 12-15 minutes
